Usual Tuesday night "fast" winter training route. 28 miles, rolling roads, expect an average speed of 21mph+. Big lights needed for the un-lit sections; also mudguards if the roads are wet.

The aim is to ride this fast as a group, doing turns when you can and holding on otherwise. It should be smooth at the front of the group, rolling through to keep the pace high, rather than opening gaps whenever someone goes through to do a turn. If people get dropped because they can't hold on at the back that's fair enough, but let's try to keep it rolling well on the front if we can.
